The Newt & Cucumber (has changed name apparently, needs new review)

This busy real ale bar is better than its stupid name and generic theme–pub décor might suggest. Feels quite sophisticated in the summer when the windows open onto the street. Happy hour 5–7 Mon–Fri, decent pub grub.
