The Eli Jenkins

Playing a similar role to that of the Belgians during WWII The Eli Jenkins is the neutral ground of Cardiff Bay. As it's strictly part of neither new nor old they manage to bring locals and tourists together as one big happy family... ah. There's a beer garden on one side, views of the bay on the other and big screens showing sport somewhere in the middle. If making new friends isn't really your thing there should be plenty of other stuff to keep you amused.
