Waterguard

Waterguard's clientele is a mish–mash of wageslaves from the nearby office blocks and bewildered tourists drawn in by the bemusing sign outside saying "It's a pub. And it's open". Don't let the less than welcoming advertising and the somewhat disturbing design –half castle/half electricity substation put you off. Once inside this place is pretty impressive. Long sofas to lounge on and lots of cubby holes for all those indiscreet indiscretions. The eclectic choice of speciality beers and lagers will please the more adventurous, but offput those on the lookout for "a pint of the usual, please mate".
