Re Cafe Jazz - the loos are down 2 flights of stairs and become decidedly unpleasant as the evening wears on. The tables are often sticky (not cleaned ) and the food - well - just dont expect too much. You can get much better elsewhere. All in all a very second rate venue in the heart of the capital.
