Dempsey's is a simple, friendly Irish pub that will have the football, cricket or rugby on the telly when you need it – a place where students are just as welcome as retired (alcoholic) gentleman. Free wifi and live Jazz performances add to the comfortable feel of this lively and passionate pub. While it may be overshadowed at times by big brother O'Neills, don't be fooled; this is a genuine and proud pub, full of heritage – i.e. it serves Guinness by the barrel.
