This bar is as devoted to vodka as its clientele. The range of flavours, including birthday cake and mint-chocolate, will tempt even the sternest of teetotallers. All manner of drinks are sold, but cocktails take precedence. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, from classic mojitos, to the unusual pear caipiroskas. You'd think the initial excitement of this chain arriving in Cardiff might have worn off by now, but the queues suggest otherwise. The anagram for Revolutions is Lo On Virtues – after the vodka mix, with your guard down, virtue will be the last thing on your mind.
